What the quote form collects, why, where it goes, and what the site does not count.
What the form collects
The kind of work, the town, what you have in mind, any photos you add, your name and phone, and your email if you give it. If you came from a link with a source tag (a Google or partner link), the tag goes with the request.
Why
To call you back about the job and to prepare your quote. Nothing else.
Where it goes
What you send, photos included, is saved on our own server and posted to a private channel we read on Discord. Your IP address is held in memory for at most 11 minutes. That stops one connection sending the form over and over. It is never saved with what you send.
What the site counts
Which pages are opened, when the form is started and sent, and taps on the phone number, each with the page it happened on. A count holds no name, address, message or id.
What this site does not do
It sets no cookie and loads no analytics, advertising or chat from another company.
