What happens next

We call you back the same day; after 6pm, the next working morning.
We visit, measure and listen, at no charge.
You get a written, itemised quote.
If the job needs a city permit, we apply for it.

Before you ask

Is the site visit free?: Yes. We come to the house, measure, and send a written quote. The visit and the written quote cost nothing, and you are under no obligation.
Is the quote a fixed price?: It is itemised: the scope, the materials, allowances for the finishes you choose, and the price for that work. If you change the plan, or we find something behind a wall, we stop, show you, and price it in writing before we go on.
Do I need a drawing?: No. We look at the room, take measurements, and ask what bothers you about it now.
Can I text instead?: Yes. Text (506) 651-7684 with the room and a photo or two.
Do you work outside Saint John, Quispamsis and Rothesay?: If you are just outside, ask.
Can I send a list of small repairs?: Yes. We price the whole list before we start, and do it in one visit where the list allows.
